Exchanges & Warranty Returns Policy


Further Faster accepts returns on clean and unused products within 10 working days of receipt for an exchange or credit note in the form of a gift card, less the original and/or return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Cosmetic seconds
  • Clearance items 
  • Sample and recycled items
  • Gift cards 
  • Socks & Underwear
  • Consumable health and personal care items such as chapstick, sun screen, healing salves, kula cloths, pStyle, tooth brushes, deet spray, etc.
  • Electronics, climbing or safety products.


  • Items are unused and in the original packaging. 
  • All products must be free of animal hair.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Return within 10 working days.
  • Exchange or credit notes will be offered for returns that meet our policy.
  • A return shipping fee will be charged for any exchanged item.

    If your return fails to meet the above standards, it can be returned to sender. We are a small company, so we do not have the resources to accept used gear or gear well past our 10 day return policy.

    Please try on new gear with care. We suggest trying boots on inside with a sock before taking them outside. Thanks!

    • You will need your order number and the original email address you used to purchase it.
    • Follow the online instructions to ensure your exchange or return is processed as quickly as possible.
    • Instore purchases can be exchanged in-store or online if registered against your email address.



    If you are the original owner and have bought an item from us and it is faulty, and would like to apply for a warranty, please ensure you have the following information:.

    • Receipt/Order number (You can find this on your email confirmation or at the bottom of your receipt.)
    • Email (ideally one used for purchase)
    • Date of purchase
    • Product details
    • Fault details

    Once you have this information, you can lodge your warranty via this short form online:

    We will then get in touch with you via email for any further information, or photos if required.

    If needed, we will arrange to get the item shipped back to us.

    Remedies offered will be as per the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

    Please note: Due to Health & Safety, all warranty items must be returned clean and dirt-free.

    Please wash it, clean it, and make it smelly-free so we can find the best solution for you.  Otherwise we may need to charge a $25.00 cleaning fee for all dirty and smelly items sent back to us - this can significantly delay processing your warranty.

    Items that we deem we cannot easily clean in-house will unfortunately be sent back to the owner, causing further delays.

    Expected Timeframe: This can vary depending on the time of year, product and complexity of the issue. In most instances any work should be completed and back to you within a few weeks depending on the supplier and situation.


    Can't See Your Store Credit or Refund Yet?

    Gift cards should arrive in your inbox the day your return is processed. You will receive an email once it is processed.

    If you still need to receive your store credit as an electronic gift card, please check your junk email folder and then contact us directly via email or phone +64 3 338 1774.

    Bank refunds can take up to 10 days. If it is outside this time, please get in touch so we can chase this up.


    Cancellation of Order:

    Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.


    Accuracy of Product Description:

    We do our best to ensure the product descriptions are correct and current, however from time to time the due to product updates and inputting errors things might not be completely correct.

    If you spot something that's not right on the website, please let us know and we'll get it fixed pronto.
