Due to an internal promotion, Further Faster has a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Customer Service and Warranties Administrator.

Based in Sydenham Christchurch, Further Faster is an outdoor gear and apparel store, where our small size means everyone on the team wears various hats and plays a vital role in our operations as our company grows. About the Role
This role provides exceptional customer service to a national and international clientele, maintains clear and professional communication with stakeholders, and expertly handles warranty claims in line with our policies and the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Manage and coordinate all incoming warranties efficiently.
• Liaise with stakeholders to achieve timely and suitable outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate with the team to handle customer service and exchange queries, and maintain effective systems.
• Respond promptly and effectively to queries via email, phone, in-person, online and social media platforms.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail in all communications, ensuring they are warm and focused on positive outcomes.
• Maintain organisation and tidiness in the offices and store.
• Become well-versed in our products and effectively apply and communicate this knowledge.
• Assist on the shop floor or in other business areas when required, especially during busy periods and sales periods.

• Good manual dexterity to utilise your skills to perform gear repairs with precision.
• Learning and retaining product knowledge provided by Further Faster through access to clinics, literature, online resources, sales reps, and more.
