Conrad is a dietitian specialising in sport and exercise performance. He has experience with professional rugby players, commonwealth games athletes, right through to experienced multisport athletes and weekend warriors.
In this talk, Conrad will talk about the fundamentals behind nutrition for any athlete (athlete = someone who exercises for a reason), and help you understand what your body needs on a day to day basis. This is to help maximise your training, but also be a functioning human being.
With so much uncertainty with changing and cancelling of events, Conrad will help you gain focus of why you are training for the event you are. As he is currently finding with his clients, nutrition is the first thing that gets pushed to the side when it all becomes uncertain.
This seminar will help you change your mindset and help apply nutrition effectively within your lifestyle.
