For delivery of orders within New Zealand, excluding boats and oversized items:

All local orders over NZD $149 are shipped free using a standard signature required service.

All local orders under NZD $149 are charged a flat fee of NZD $8 and are shipped using standard signature required service.
We mostly use Post Haste Couriers as our courier service

Allow 1-2 business days for standard South Island shipping and 2-3 business days for the North Island.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.

Once your order has left the store it is at the mercy of the couriers. Please check your tracking information and contact the couriers if it has not arrived when expected.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDER?

We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed, however, send an email to hello@furtherfaster.co.nz or call us in-store and we will endeavour to change the address.

WHERE IS MY ORDER:

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details, you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company to see how far away it is.
If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as some times we need to get in touch with you and emails do happen to end up in there!
Alternatively, speak to our order guru 'Bot-Bruce', and he can find the tracking details for you in the chat section of this pop-up. Just ask him, 'Where is my order?' and follow the prompts 🐻.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA, USA)

All Australian orders are charged a flat fee of NZD $35 and are shipped using a standard service (not including boats or paddles). Paddles are NZD $125 for 2 and 4 piece paddles and NZD $195 for 1 piece paddles.
All North American orders are charged a flat fee of NZD $90 and are shipped using a standard service (not including boats or paddles).
Standard delivery times for international orders can vary from 5 business days to 6 weeks.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
International orders do not come with a signature delivery confirmation.
Please do not buy products with eggs or bacon, as international customs do not like this and your order may be confiscated at your own cost (no one wants wasted bacon and eggs!)
NZ GST: For international orders New Zealand sales tax (GST) is not included in the price. However the price shown on the website is the price to be paid regardless of the country to be shipped to.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

All orders are shipped from our Christchurch store and usually leave the next working day. If for some reason we don't have the item you ordered we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know when you can expect delivery. Special order for non stocked items vary however are usually 2-6 weeks.

Need your boat shipped? No problem!

Shipping is excluded at time of purchase. The team will calculate this separately after your purchase and contact you with the best rates at the time.

As a cost indication shipping typically starts at $99 for smaller boats and $150 for longer, larger boats. Cost will also vary depending on where in NZ needs to go.

Boats are delivered to your nearest Mainfreight Depot for you to collect from there.

Best renewable energy stove ever to produce

I have recently purchased my 1st stove to be gifted away. I have purchased three stoves already. My first stove (previous version) was purchased about 10 years ago. I have used it for about 7-8 years without any issue. Later, I noticed that the layer inside the burning chamber has started to perish. I still continued to use it but reached a point that I can no longer use it. Another problem I have had with the first stove is the burning of the top cover of orange part due to red hot debris falling over it. This defect is not rectified by the manufacturer as yet in the newer version of stove. I have used the newer one (version 2, as in this photo) purchased about 2 years ago with delight. Needless to say that starting the stove is quite easy. All you need is some twigs and paper, both dry. Never pour kerosine oil or petrol to ignite wood. When the element is fully charged (this can be charged through wall power socket or let it charge whilst cooking goes on) the stove keeps burning wood like cotton wool. I carry one of the silky saws that helps me prepare wood for the stove. The newer version is stronger and I think it should last longer than the previous version of stove. All features of the stove are perfect (except the cover burning issue mentioned above) which I do not want to go over. One issue to be cautious about! If you cook liquid, make sure it does not spill into the stove (burning chamber). Liquid dropped (by accident) into the burning chamber of the stove can weaken its inner layer making it useless (if happens repeatedly).
The other version of the stove called base camp model is no longer produced. It is a bigger one and can be used to cook for the entire family. Wonder why manufacturer has decided to discontinue the basecamp model.
I encourage every outdoor lover to own one of the Biolite stoves.
