    🎅🏽Christmas Delivery Guide: 

    Current New Zealand domestic delivery cut off dates, this may change: 

    Auckland and North Shore: 10th December - extra delays due to overload of goods.

    Rest of North Island: 13th December

    South Island: December 16th 2021.

    Rural Addresses: Add 3 days.

    Inter Islander Ferry Strike: There is a potential ferry strike mid December, couriers have advised inter island orders to be ordered December 13th!

    International and Australia cut off dates: December 1st 2021

    🦠Missing Orders & Covid 19 Delivery Guide:

    Due to COVID-19 restrictions and increases in parcel volumes, we have delivery delays of up to 5 working days in and out of Auckland and Waikato, and 2-5 working days across the rest of NZ.

    If you are in Auckland or Waikato please do not call unless your parcel has been delayed longer than 10 working days, or 5 working days for the rest of NZ.

     

    Please use an address that the couriers can leave your item, as they are not holding items for pick up.

    NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY 

    For delivery of orders within New Zealand, excluding boats:

    • All local orders over NZD $100 are shipped free using a standard signature required service.
    • All local orders under NZD $100 are charged a flat fee of NZD $8 and are shipped using standard signature required service.
    • We use Post Haste Couriers as our courier service
    • Allow 4 business days for standard South Island shipping and 5 business days for the North Island.
    • Rural Address and PO box numbers please add business 2 days.
    • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
    • Once your order has left the store it is at the mercy of the couriers. Please check your tracking information and contact the couriers if it has not arrived when expected.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    • Allow 4 business days for standard South Island shipping and 5 business days for the North Island.
    • Rural Address and PO Boxes, please add 2 more days.
    • We try our best to get your orders out to you ASAP, however, during our peak times (Christmas, Sale week etc), we may need an extra day to process them.
    • These estimates are for a perfect world when courier companies work on time and natural disasters and pandemics are at bay. Once it has left the shop it is sometimes up to the shipping gods!

    CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDER?

    • We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed, however, send an email to support@furtherfaster.reamaze.com or call us in-store and we will endeavour to change the address.
    • Please let us know before order cut off at 1pm daily.

    INSTORE PICK UP / CLICK & COLLECT

    • We offer an in-store pick up service.
    • This is contactless, please order online and choose Pick-Up.
    • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
    • Collection can be made during opening hours at

    WHERE IS MY ORDER: 

    • Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details, you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company to see how far away it is.
    • If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as some times we need to get in touch with you and emails do happen to end up in there!
    • Alternatively, speak to our order guru 'Bot-Bruce', and he can find the tracking details for you in the chat section of this pop-up. Just ask him, 'Where is my order?' and follow the prompts 🐻.

     

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA, USA)

    • All Australian orders are charged a flat fee of NZD $35 and are shipped using a standard service (not including boats or paddles).  Paddles are NZD $85.
    • All North American orders are charged a flat fee of NZD $90 and are shipped using a standard service (not including boats or paddles).
    • Standard delivery times for international orders can vary from 5 business days to 6 weeks.
    • Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
    • International orders do not come with a signature delivery confirmation.
    • Please do not buy products with eggs or bacon, as international customs do not like this and your order may be confiscated at your own cost (no one wants wasted bacon and eggs!)

    SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

    • All orders are shipped from our Christchurch store and usually leave the next day. If for some reason we don't have the item you ordered we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know when you can expect delivery. Special order for non stocked items vary however are usually 2-6 weeks.

    BOATS

    • Shipping for white water kayaks starts at $99. Shipping can be arranged for all other boats, kayaks and canoes.
    • Please contact the store for details and cost.
